# Branding

Your workspace branding (logo, colours and business details) appears automatically on the forms and documents that are set up to use it. It keeps a consistent look without anyone restyling each document by hand.

## Before you start

Branding is shared workspace setup: changing it can affect every document and form that uses it. Check what uses it, and review a draft after any change, especially where a customer will see the result.

Branding only applies to the supported templates and outputs. It won't change a PDF that's already been issued, or an external file. Know which template and draft output you're checking before you change shared values.

## Change a shared setting

1. Ask an administrator or your agent to update the logo, colours or business details.
2. Check a draft document afterwards to confirm it looks right.

If only one job needs something different, use a one-off reviewed draft rather than changing the shared branding for everyone. Branding can't fix wrong facts on a job, approve an unreviewed template, or change a document that's already been issued.
