Workspace pages
A workspace page is somewhere the team keeps coming back to: a dashboard, a guide, a live table, or a home page for a project. It gives useful material a fixed place, outside any one task.
Start with the reader's question
Decide what someone should be able to answer just by looking at the page. A page called "Site readiness" might show the current status, the next action and links to the work behind it. Keep each page focused enough that its purpose is obvious at a glance.
Published pages appear in the workspace navigation once they're pinned. Open a page there to read its current content and anything it links to.
Build pages with your AI agent
Your AI agent can list, read, create and update pages for you. Ask it to look at existing pages first, so a new one fits the same style. Check the proposed title, layout and data before it publishes or replaces a page.
A prompt to try
List the pages in this workspace and summarise what each is for. Don't change anything.
Draft a page for site readiness with a clear heading, the current status, and links to the related tasks. Show me the layout and data it would use before you create it.
Keep page content current
A page should point to live work, or be updated when its facts change. Use workspace knowledge for facts worth keeping, and tasks for work that's still moving.
